York Mini-Tour 2018

The destination for our 2018 mini-tour was York, and the journey saw 12 Wind Orchers battle through several inches of snow and an array of cancelled trains to finally reach York late into the night!
We stayed at the lovely York YHA, and engaged in a range of activities including:
Jorvic Viking Centre
University of York Concert Band Recital
York Castle
National Railway Museum
Live music at The Hop
Scavenger Hunt
The tour was a great experience for everyone who went (despite the interesting weather)! Huge thanks to the wonderful Clare Renshaw, Will Atkinson and Gabriella Haynes for organising it!
